These skillet potatoes are a twist on my moms red potatoes she used to make us!
The kids love these. They are super easy for prep and they heat up well!
Our sweet potato hash has been around since the beginning of our Whole30 Journey! We needed something easy to pair with things and so this was created. We also needed something our kids would eat - voila - Sweet Tater Hash!
For simplicity, we chop up a bunch of sweet potatoes at once with an onion and place them in a Zip Lock bag in the fridge. This way we have it ready to cook for the week! You could easily cook it on your food prep day and just put it in a Tupperware for the week also! Since I am a SAHM and my husband works from home when he isn't traveling this is what works best for us!
Paired best with Tessemae's Creamy Ranch or Habanero Ranch!!
These nuggets were created because we were tired of making them with Whole30 compliant breading. It was becoming to labor intensive, and well, with a family of 4 kiddos we just don't have time to do labor intensive cooking! Bam - these bad boys were created!
They are delicious, even our kids gobble them up. They are better than Chick-Fil-A grilled nuggets!!

**For easy prepping - store the cut up nuggets in a ziplock baggy in the fridge and just get enough out when you plan to cook - or cook all at once and save in a tupperware.**
